Whilst Golden Wave Studio is relatively new, for many years before that I owned and ran Anton Road Studio.
Anton Road Studio was operated out of my family home but I'd always dreamed of having a purpose-built, dedicated recording studio of my own.
In March of 2020, myself and my partner moved into our new home in Goodworth Clatford. We fell in love with the property because of the location, the generous garden size and therefore the potential to make the dream a reality.
In May of 2022, we submitted our application for planning permission. There were a lot of steps involved and many hurdles and frustrations along the way, but I'll save that for another day.
Whilst the pre build gave us quite a few grey hairs, the build itself was an absolute dream in comparison and that is down to the amazing contractors that we used.
From what started as a cold and dark concrete block man shed, has turned into this amazing recording studio that I have dreamed of for years.
